Content: I ordered the Cuttte 20 pack plastic key rings and tags and labels from Amazon. One of the key tags (green tag) came without the small ring and the big ring. It was just the tag. Can I get a replacement for the two rings. Thanks

Subject: Can't OPen to remove the tag for writing
Content: I cannot open this key tag to write on the enclosed card. I have tried different sides, etc. Is there a trick to opening it? I tried a white one, a green one and a purple one. It looks like there is a small door on the end opposite the ring, but I cannot get it open no matter how hard I try.

Content: I ordered Cuttte 16 Pack Plastic Key Tags off of Amazon. When I received the order about 6 of them were cracked and unusable. For the money, and the amount needed it was not worth the return but I was not happy with the fact that the product came damaged.
